National Crisis: 75% of High School Seniors Are Not Proficient Writers; Apangea Learning Announces New Solution to Combat Crisis

According to The Nation’s Report Card, only one-third of the United States’ 8^th grade students and 25 percent of its high school seniors are proficient writers.
